Connecting us to nature for better health,
well-being and life opportunities
Find Your Wild gets people of all ages connecting to nature and each other in different ways. Whether it’s storytelling around a campfire, a moorland hike or gentle stroll along the river, wildlife watching, or a spot of stargazing, we believe getting into ‘the wild’ is good for us all, physically and mentally.
Wherever there is a ‘green space’; be it a wood, city park, garden or beach, there is the potential to harness the power of nature for learning, health and well-being. And where we can’t go outside, we bring nature inside, through our indoor workshops and sessions using natural and sustainable materials.
Our mobile ‘Nature Cafés’ provide friendly and relaxed spaces to enjoy simple, fairtrade refreshments alongside an exciting array of nature-based programmes and activities.
Find Your Wild activities are fully risk assessed and carried out under the supervision of qualified level 3 Forest School leaders and outdoor first aid trained staff. All staff and volunteers are DBS checked and trained in safeguarding.
